Richard Crawford
As the founder of Clockhouse Capital, Richard identified a need to help private companies and platforms access institutional capital while at the same time helping non-bank finance to originate investments of institutional quality. This has lead to enduring partnerships between borrowers and lenders.
Before founding Clockhouse Capital Richard spent 25 years working for Robert Fleming and JP Morgan in Delta One sales and trading, heading teams in London and EMEA.
Alistair Kennedy
A less conventional career path, Alistair split his time between investment banking and entrepreneurial early-stage businesses.
He started his City career with HSBC over 25 years ago as a specialist salesman for fixed income derivatives. He then a spent a decade away establishing a new venture in a different industry before returning to spend 9 years at Dexion Capital where he was head of sales raising finance for investment vehicles involving alternative assets and secure cash flows.
Steve Lyons
Steve has spent more than 30 years in a range of roles including running principal investment desks at JP Morgan, CIBC and RBS. He was also involved in the origination and trading of complex alternative fixed income. Highly experienced in debt capital markets, including restructurings, bankruptcies, and litigation relating to securitised products, monoline insurers, and derivative exposures.
Prior to Clockhouse he led the origination and structuring of alternative investments at Dexion Capital.
Tim Parker
Formerly of Cambridge University and then the British Army, at Clockhouse Tim focuses on FCA regulatory compliance provided through the regulatory umbrella of his company, Messels Limited.
He has had a long City career since 1984, including being a founding director of Stockcube plc (floated) before founding Messels in 2004 which specializes in independent equity research.
